Passed AIBE? Follow steps to get final Certificate of Practice

To obtain the Final Enrollment Certificate and Certificate of Practice, you need to fulfill the following requirements:
  1. Submit two passport-size photographs.
  2. Provide photocopies of all mark sheets and certificates from high school to LL.B.
  3. Present a printout of the AIBE result.
  4. Furnish a copy of the Provisional Enrollment Certificate issued by the State Bar Council.
After collecting all these documents, you will be required to complete a declaration form.

Please note that the Form must be attested by the President or Secretary of the relevant Bar Association, and a fee of Rs. 750 in the form of a Demand Draft must also be included with the form. 


The final step is to submit all of these documents to the appropriate State Bar Council office.


Please note that the aforementioned procedure and requirements for obtaining the Final Enrollment Certificate and Certificate of Practice are generally applicable, and some Bar Councils may have specific additional requirements. Therefore, it is advised that readers exercise discretion.
